Have you always wanted to be a runner but don't know where to start, struggle with consistency or feel intimidated?
I've been this person and I have made it my mission to coach other runners not only with the physical training, but developing the mental strength and mindset to go after big goals, to attempt those big scary workouts, or just get out the door. I can help you meet your goals with running using a strong mindset.
I believe that running can change an individuals life. It has taught me more about myself, my capability, my challenges, and most importantly how to work through them.

I found running in my 20s and have been running since. I have run 7 marathons, including 3 World Marathon Majors, qualified for Boston 3x (so far), ran and finished 2 Ultra marathons and countless half marathons and 5ks.
I love running. It gives me a strong mental and physical well being which allows me to be a better mom, a better therapist, and a better friend. I'd love to be able to coach and motivate you to find your running potential and see how it can give you back what it has given me!
