1. Who is this 1:1 coaching for?

This coaching is for experienced women runners navigating perimenopause or menopause who feel frustrated by changes in their body, energy, recovery, or performance—and want a smarter, more sustainable way forward.

2. I’ve gained weight despite running consistently. Can coaching actually help with that?
