Hi! I am Robin, a 47 year old run coach, OT & single mom to two girls who loves to run, strength train, and pour into my body. I believe in the power of movement and its health saving benefits both physically and mentally. I created Mindfully Moving for the busy female who's ready to run into the backHALF of her life
