A woman’s guide to running through perimenopause
Ladies....if you are here, you are like me. A woman approaching and/or in perimenopause. Where we know that life is going to change...I mean it's inevitable! What these hormones do for our body is...mind blowing! Truly! So when they aren't there, it's like wreaking havoc on our system.
