We don't have to watch life go by at 50, we can take control of it and find what works for us. Challenging our body with the work it needs to move the needle.

This is a 7 day full access-to-me "challenge" that teaches you and shows you the way to train as a midlife female. The woman ready to work. Ready to focus on the exact strategies that help us get faster, fitter, and stronger in midlife.
7 days - commit 7 days to this challenge where we target and breakdown strength, endurance, weight gain, body composition, nutrition...and that's just the beginning.
We will dive deep into hormones, sleep, food and how it all affects our training.
We will talk about supplements and timing of nutrition.
I am not going to leave anything out there!! You will have full access to me via a Facebook group and/or telegram channel where you'll receive all knowledge you need to move through midlife stronger than ever, only 7 days!
Small changes can add up to big results. I will provide tips and resources to help you develop the habits in midlife that carry you through the back half of your life stronger than ever.
When you commit to 7 days, you will get workouts for each day that include strength, running (HIIT and easy) a recovery day, and a long run.
All workouts will be designed with effort in mind so you can complete it with where your fitness is currently at!
Each day you will receive an audio drop via telegram with tips for midlife performance, showing up, and moving well.
A Facebook group designed to ask questions, and celebrate your wins!
Do you need a gym membership?? Nope....a home gym or some dumbbells will suffice for this challenge.
A treadmill?? Sure, if you like to, but if you don't have one....the road works too!
And most importantly....your energy!!! We are going to flip training on its head in midlife and I CANNOT WAIT!!!!
